Acton's fare-free public transit system has been re-launched with a new route
Cross-Acton Transit (CAT) operates Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., and is free for all passengers. The bus stops at residential and business centers along major corridors, including the South Acton MBTA station, K-Mart Plaza (near AB Schools), Acton Plaza, Nagog Woods, Avalon Drive and Great Road Condos. The route terminates at Town Hall and the Memorial Library.
Additionally, CAT has added Trader Joe’s plaza as a new stop on its route.
